Testosterone therapy guided by licensed clinicians. Every plan includes your initial provider visit, ongoing clinician review and dose adjustments, and medication and supplies shipped discreetly to your door.

• 3 Months - $149/mo, $447 total, charged upfront. 1 provider visit (initial).
• 6 Months - $129/mo, $774 total, charged upfront. 2 provider visits (initial and 3-month check-in).
• 12 Months - $109/mo, $1,308 total, charged upfront. 3 provider visits (initial, 6-month, and one shortly before your term ends).

Coaching on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle is available to ASPN members depending on membership tier.

Prescription Approval Required
A licensed provider reviews your eligibility. A prescription is issued only if clinically appropriate. Your card receives a temporary authorization hold at checkout and is charged only if your provider approves and treatment is dispensed.
