ASPN Labs · Longevity
Longevity and cellular energy, guided by your data
NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin are tools, not shortcuts. We build them into a protocol around your labs, sleep, training and nutrition, so you can see what is actually moving.
Takes about 5 minutes. A licensed clinician reviews your answers before any prescription is issued. You are only charged if you are approved.

Why ASPN
The ASPN difference
Individualized, not templated
Your protocol is built from your history, labs and goals, and it changes when your data does.
Labs and data guided
Baseline labs and wearable trends may be used to decide what, if anything, to add, and to track how you respond.
Coaching beyond the prescription, with membership
ASPN members can add guidance across nutrition, exercise, sleep and lifestyle. Coaching depends on your membership tier and is not part of the prescription-only path.
Concierge support, by tier
Check-ins and messaging between visits are available to members, depending on tier. Every patient has access to clinician review for their prescription.

Coaching and support services depend on your ASPN membership and tier. A prescription-only path without coaching is also available.
Process
How it works
Share your story and your data.
Complete a private questionnaire. We may also recommend labs and, if you use one, your wearable data.
A licensed clinician reviews.
A clinician reviews your information and decides whether any prescription treatment is appropriate for you. Not everyone qualifies, and some people are best served by lifestyle guidance alone.
Get your individualized protocol.
Your plan may include prescription treatment, only if prescribed. If you are an ASPN member, it can also include coaching on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle, depending on your tier. Prescriptions are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped to you. You are charged only if approved and treatment is dispensed.
Stay supported and adjust.
Your clinician reviews your treatment as needed. Members, depending on tier, also get regular check-ins and data reviews to keep the protocol current.

Everything you need to know
Who this is for
- Adults who feel run down, foggy or slow to recover
- People who want a data-guided approach to energy, sleep and healthy aging
- Members already tracking labs or wearables who want an added layer of support
Start with your data
Track what is moving. ASPN offers the ASPN Ultimate Health Panel for a broad biomarker baseline and the ASPN Bioenergetic Scan for deeper insight. Both are sold separately from any treatment.
Where medication may fit
If a clinician determines treatment is appropriate, options may include the following. Your clinician selects the therapy, form and dose. You can combine therapies under clinician guidance.
NAD+ | cellular energy
NAD+ is a molecule found in every cell that plays a role in energy metabolism. People often ask about it for energy, mental clarity and recovery. Available through a licensed compounding pharmacy as an injection, a nasal spray (needle-free) or a flex-dose tablet. Marketing claims about NAD+ outpace the research, so your clinician will go over what is and is not known.
Glutathione | antioxidant support
Glutathione is the body's main internal antioxidant. Options may include an injection or a nasal spray (needle-free). Often considered by people focused on recovery, skin and overall wellness. Results vary.
Sermorelin | sleep, recovery and body composition
Sermorelin is a peptide that signals the pituitary gland to release more of your own growth hormone. It is sometimes considered by adults who want support with sleep quality, recovery and body composition. Available as an injection or a dissolving tablet (needle-free). Your clinician decides whether it is appropriate, and may check labs first.
Add-ons
Baseline labs, wearable tracking and nutrition guidance, so you can see how you respond over time.
What a member protocol may include beyond medication
- Sleep, light and recovery routines that drive energy more than any supplement
- Training and nutrition guidance matched to your goals and capacity
- Wearable and biomarker tracking so you can see how you respond over time
- Regular reviews so your protocol stays simple and purposeful
Coaching and lifestyle guidance supports your overall health and does not replace medical care. Prescriptions are issued only by a licensed clinician.
Coaching and support services depend on your ASPN membership and tier. A prescription-only path without coaching is also available.

Important safety information
- These therapies are not for everyone. Tell your clinician about every medication and supplement you take and any history of cancer, pituitary or thyroid conditions, or allergies.
- Not for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Sermorelin can affect hormone levels and should only be used under clinician supervision, with follow-up as directed.
- Stop and seek care for signs of an allergic reaction, such as rash, swelling or trouble breathing.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a typical online prescription service?
At ASPN Labs, medication, when appropriate, is one part of an individualized protocol. ASPN members can add labs-guided planning and coaching on nutrition, exercise, sleep and lifestyle, with ongoing support from their care team. Which services you receive depends on your membership and tier. Whether a prescription is appropriate is always decided by a licensed clinician.
Do I get coaching if I only want the prescription?
Not automatically. Coaching and support services depend on membership and tier. You can go through the prescription flow without a membership, and in that case the medication-only path applies, with clinician review but without coaching.
Which one should I choose?
You do not have to decide alone. Tell us your goals in the questionnaire and your clinician recommends what, if anything, fits.
Can I use more than one?
Possibly. Your clinician decides on combinations after reviewing your health history.
Are these FDA-approved?
No. These are compounded medications prepared by a licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. Your clinician will explain what that means.
Is there a needle-free option?
Often yes. Nasal and dissolving tablet forms exist for some of these therapies.
What if I am not approved?
You are not charged. Your card is only charged if you are approved and treatment is dispensed.

Next step
Ready to build your protocol?
Prescription treatment is available only if a licensed clinician determines it is appropriate for you after reviewing your health history. Not everyone will qualify. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy; they are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality. Individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. This page is for educational purposes and is not medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
