ASPN Labs · Men's Hormones
Men's hormone optimization: labs first, needle-free where possible
We start with your data, not a dose. Your protocol can combine lab-guided hormone support, including needle-free options such as enclomiphene, with coaching on training, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
Takes about 5 minutes. A licensed clinician reviews your answers before any prescription is issued. You are only charged if you are approved.

Why ASPN
The ASPN difference
Individualized, not templated
Your protocol is built from your history, labs and goals, and it changes when your data does.
Labs and data guided
Your first step is comprehensive hormone and metabolic labs, with follow-up labs to monitor safety and progress.
Coaching beyond the prescription, with membership
ASPN members can add guidance across nutrition, exercise, sleep and lifestyle. Coaching depends on your membership tier and is not part of the prescription-only path.
Concierge support, by tier
Check-ins and messaging between visits are available to members, depending on tier. Every patient has access to clinician review for their prescription.

Coaching and support services depend on your ASPN membership and tier. A prescription-only path without coaching is also available.
Process
How it works
Share your story and your data.
Complete a private questionnaire. We may also recommend labs and, if you use one, your wearable data.
A licensed clinician reviews.
A clinician reviews your information and decides whether any prescription treatment is appropriate for you. Not everyone qualifies, and some people are best served by lifestyle guidance alone.
Get your individualized protocol.
Your plan may include prescription treatment, only if prescribed. If you are an ASPN member, it can also include coaching on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle, depending on your tier. Prescriptions are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped to you. You are charged only if approved and treatment is dispensed.
Stay supported and adjust.
Your clinician reviews your treatment as needed. Members, depending on tier, also get regular check-ins and data reviews to keep the protocol current.

Everything you need to know
Who this is for
- Men who feel fatigue, low motivation, low libido, brain fog or slower recovery
- Men who want to support their own testosterone production
- Men who want hormone care guided by labs, not guesswork
Start with your data
Labs are the starting point for this pathway. You can order the ASPN Hormone Optimization Test or the broader ASPN Ultimate Health Panel directly from ASPN. Your clinician may require recent labs before prescribing, and labs are sold separately from treatment.
Where medication may fit
If a clinician determines treatment is appropriate, options may include the following. Your clinician selects the medication, form and dose.
Enclomiphene: our featured needle-free option
An oral medication taken by capsule. It signals your body to make more of its own testosterone and is often considered for men who want to support natural production. Available in more than one strength. Compounded by a licensed pharmacy.
Gonadorelin
A dissolving sublingual tablet or troche that supports the body's natural signaling and may be considered alongside testosterone therapy, including for men thinking about fertility.
Testosterone, no injections
If your clinician feels testosterone replacement is right for you, needle-free forms include topical creams, dissolving troches and capsules.
Testosterone injections and pellets
Injectable testosterone and long-acting pellets are also options for men who prefer less frequent dosing, as directed by your clinician.
Estrogen management
In some cases clinicians use medications such as anastrozole to manage estrogen levels. Only if indicated by your labs and symptoms.
Labs and monitoring
Baseline and follow-up labs track testosterone, estrogen, blood count and other markers so your plan stays safe and tuned to you.
What a member protocol may include beyond medication
- Training programming and recovery guidance to support muscle, energy and body composition
- Nutrition and body-composition targets matched to your goals
- Sleep, stress and alcohol habits that directly affect testosterone
- Regular lab reviews, so your protocol is adjusted on data, not guesswork
Coaching and lifestyle guidance supports your overall health and does not replace medical care. Prescriptions are issued only by a licensed clinician.
Coaching and support services depend on your ASPN membership and tier. A prescription-only path without coaching is also available.
What to expect
- Your first step is labs. Treatment decisions are based on results and symptoms, not just a quiz.
- Changes in energy, mood or libido can take weeks to months. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
- Follow-up labs are part of ongoing care so your clinician can adjust your plan.
- Testosterone therapy can affect fertility. If you may want children, tell your clinician before starting.

Important safety information
- Testosterone treatment is not for everyone. Tell your clinician about prostate or breast cancer, high red blood cell count, sleep apnea, heart disease, blood clots or a plan to have children.
- Testosterone can reduce sperm production and may cause acne, fluid retention, mood changes or an increase in red blood cells. Regular lab monitoring is important.
- Enclomiphene can cause side effects such as headache, mood changes or visual changes. Tell your clinician right away if you notice vision changes.
- Do not start, change or stop hormone treatment without medical guidance.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a typical online prescription service?
At ASPN Labs, medication, when appropriate, is one part of an individualized protocol. ASPN members can add labs-guided planning and coaching on nutrition, exercise, sleep and lifestyle, with ongoing support from their care team. Which services you receive depends on your membership and tier. Whether a prescription is appropriate is always decided by a licensed clinician.
Do I get coaching if I only want the prescription?
Not automatically. Coaching and support services depend on membership and tier. You can go through the prescription flow without a membership, and in that case the medication-only path applies, with clinician review but without coaching.
Why enclomiphene first?
It is an oral option that works with your own hormone signaling, so no injections are involved, and it is often considered by men who want to support their natural testosterone. Whether it is right for you is decided by a clinician.
Is enclomiphene FDA-approved?
No. It is available through a licensed compounding pharmacy, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Your clinician will explain what that means.
Do I have to take injections?
No. Needle-free options exist, including oral and topical choices.
Do I need labs?
Yes. Labs guide safe, effective decisions, and we help you arrange them.
What if I am not approved?
You are not charged. Your card is only charged if you are approved and treatment is dispensed.

Ready to build your protocol?
Prescription treatment is available only if a licensed clinician determines it is appropriate for you after reviewing your health history. Not everyone will qualify. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy; they are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality. Individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. This page is for educational purposes and is not medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
