REFUND, CANCELLATION & BILLING POLICY
1. Membership Billing
Memberships may be billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at checkout. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with this policy.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership according to the instructions provided at enrollment or in your account/portal. To avoid the next billing charge, cancellations must be submitted before your renewal date.
3. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated at purchase:

Consultations, testing kits, lab orders, and completed services are non-refundable once initiated.

Membership fees may be refundable only where required by law or where explicitly stated in writing at checkout.
4. Shipping / Fulfillment Notes (If Applicable)
If any shipped items are offered (e.g., test kits), shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, supply availability, or regulatory requirements.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing question, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension to prevent misuse.
6. Changes
We may update pricing, membership terms, or this policy with notice as required.
Medical services are provided by independently licensed healthcare providers. ASPN Labs does not dispense prescription medications. Service availability varies by state and medical eligibility.
