ASPN Labs · Sexual Wellness
Sexual wellness, approached from the root cause
Desire, arousal and performance are tied to hormones, circulation, stress, sleep and connection. Your plan starts with the full picture, and medication is only one part of it, if it is appropriate at all.
Takes about 5 minutes. A licensed clinician reviews your answers before any prescription is issued. You are only charged if you are approved.

Why ASPN
The ASPN difference
Individualized, not templated
Your protocol is built from your history, labs and goals, and it changes when your data does.
Labs and data guided
Hormone, metabolic and cardiovascular markers can reveal contributing factors, and labs may be recommended before or alongside treatment.
Coaching beyond the prescription, with membership
ASPN members can add guidance across nutrition, exercise, sleep and lifestyle. Coaching depends on your membership tier and is not part of the prescription-only path.
Concierge support, by tier
Check-ins and messaging between visits are available to members, depending on tier. Every patient has access to clinician review for their prescription.

Coaching and support services depend on your ASPN membership and tier. A prescription-only path without coaching is also available.
Process
How it works
Share your story and your data.
Complete a private questionnaire. We may also recommend labs and, if you use one, your wearable data.
A licensed clinician reviews.
A clinician reviews your information and decides whether any prescription treatment is appropriate for you. Not everyone qualifies, and some people are best served by lifestyle guidance alone.
Get your individualized protocol.
Your plan may include prescription treatment, only if prescribed. If you are an ASPN member, it can also include coaching on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle, depending on your tier. Prescriptions are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped to you. You are charged only if approved and treatment is dispensed.
Stay supported and adjust.
Your clinician reviews your treatment as needed. Members, depending on tier, also get regular check-ins and data reviews to keep the protocol current.

Everything you need to know
Who this is for
- Men who want reliable support for erections, confidence and performance
- Men and women noticing a drop in desire, arousal or connection
- Anyone whose symptoms may be linked to hormones, stress, medications or circulation
Start with your data
Hormone and metabolic health can play a role. ASPN offers lab testing you can order on its own, including the ASPN Hormone Optimization Test and the ASPN Ultimate Health Panel. Your clinician may recommend labs before or alongside treatment.
Where medication may fit
If a clinician determines treatment is appropriate, options may include the following. Your clinician selects the medication, form and dose.
Tadalafil: daily or as-needed
A long-acting option, available as a low-dose daily tablet or as an as-needed dose. Some formulations are chewable or dissolve under the tongue.
Sildenafil troche
A dissolvable troche that works with your body's natural response to arousal. Taken as needed.
Combination formulas
Compounded formulas that combine ingredients, such as sildenafil or tadalafil with oxytocin, for men whose clinician feels a combination makes sense.
PT-141 (bremelanotide)
A compounded option that works on the brain's desire pathways rather than blood flow. Available as a nasal spray or dissolving tablet and considered for both men and women.
Oxytocin
Compounded oxytocin in nasal, troche or dissolving tablet forms, sometimes used as part of a plan focused on connection and desire.
Topical options
Compounded topical gels for some patients, selected by your clinician.
Hormone and lab check
If low testosterone, thyroid or other hormone issues may be involved, your clinician may recommend labs and a hormone plan.
What a member protocol may include beyond medication
- Cardiovascular fitness and strength training, which support circulation and energy
- Sleep, stress and alcohol guidance, which affect desire and performance more than most people expect
- Support around communication and connection, not just physiology
- Follow-ups to adjust your plan based on how you feel and what your labs show
Coaching and lifestyle guidance supports your overall health and does not replace medical care. Prescriptions are issued only by a licensed clinician.
Coaching and support services depend on your ASPN membership and tier. A prescription-only path without coaching is also available.
What to expect
- Most people discuss timing and dosing with their clinician at the start. Dosing instructions come with your prescription.
- Daily and as-needed options work differently. Your clinician will help you decide which fits your routine.
- Common side effects depend on the medication and may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, nausea or upset stomach.
- Your plan is reviewed over time, and you can message your care team with questions. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Important safety information
- Do not take tadalafil, sildenafil or similar medicines if you take nitrate medicines (including nitroglycerin) or certain other heart medicines. This combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Tell your clinician about every medication you take.
- Tell your clinician about heart disease, stroke, low or uncontrolled blood pressure, vision or hearing problems, kidney or liver disease, or an erection that lasted longer than 4 hours.
- Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, chest pain or fainting.
- PT-141 can raise blood pressure temporarily and may cause nausea or flushing. Tell your clinician about blood pressure or heart conditions.
- Not for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding unless a clinician has said otherwise.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a typical online prescription service?
At ASPN Labs, medication, when appropriate, is one part of an individualized protocol. ASPN members can add labs-guided planning and coaching on nutrition, exercise, sleep and lifestyle, with ongoing support from their care team. Which services you receive depends on your membership and tier. Whether a prescription is appropriate is always decided by a licensed clinician.
Do I get coaching if I only want the prescription?
Not automatically. Coaching and support services depend on membership and tier. You can go through the prescription flow without a membership, and in that case the medication-only path applies, with clinician review but without coaching.
Is it private?
Yes. Your health information is kept confidential, and your order ships in discreet packaging.
What if I am not approved?
You are not charged. Your card is only charged if you are approved and treatment is dispensed.
What is the difference between daily and as-needed?
Daily options keep a low steady level in your body so you do not need to plan around timing. As-needed options are taken before activity. Your clinician helps you choose.
Are compounded options FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. Your clinician will explain how they differ from commercially available products.
Can women use this?
Some options, such as PT-141 and oxytocin, may be considered for women. A clinician decides based on your health history.

Next step
Ready to build your protocol?
Prescription treatment is available only if a licensed clinician determines it is appropriate for you after reviewing your health history. Not everyone will qualify. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy; they are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality.
